Eli Williams

Director Reverend Eli Williams Eli is the director of Fatherhood Ohio, Incorporated. An ordained minister, Reverend Williams founded Urban Light Ministries in 1995 which has been the leader in providing direct services for fathers and families in five counties of Ohio. Williams envisioned and helped to organized the award-winning Fatherhood Clark County. FCC is a model community mobilization initiative that promotes responsible fatherhood for the enhanced well-being of children.


JOE PROCTOR (Chairman)

Joe Proctor is a married father of five children. Joe has been engaged with several Columbus Public Schools for the past six years, providing helpful resources to schools through donations and is a member of Weinland Park Elementary’s site-based community team focused on elevating community empowerment. He has over 25 years of business experience and is now pursuing philanthropic efforts associated with fatherhood.


Dwaine Dodds

Dewaine is the Advertising/Marketing Director for the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family dealerships in the Columbus and Dayton Ohio markets.  Dewaine has been involved with promotions, marketing, public relations and media for over 38 years.  Dewaine is also the founder and president of Care-It’s for Kids, Inc., an organization that supports at-need teens who are in the care of the Clark County Secretary Juvenile Court.


Mike Jenkins

Mike Jenkins is a vocational father of four children and has been involved in Big Brothers/Sisters of America  He is a 25 plus year veteran of AT&T and is currently Regional Vice President of Global Clients headquartered in Ohio and Michigan. He resides with his wife Janet in Dublin Ohio and serves on Ohio University’s Scripps College of Communication, Deans Advisory board and Executive Board for University Sales Education at The Sales Education Foundation in Dayton, Ohio.
